ADER Edge is the joint brand of two independent freelancers. We operate this website together and are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. You can exercise your rights with either of us.

5. Appointment Booking

We schedule calls with Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The booking page and the video call both run on their service.

When you book, we process the data you enter on the booking page: your name, email address, your company website, your answer to the question shown there, the appointment time, and the email addresses of any guests you add. We use it to arrange and hold the meeting and to prepare for it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for a current or prospective business relationship, and our legitimate interest in scheduling efficiently under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The Cal.com booking script is only loaded once you interact with this website, so simply opening a page does not connect you to Cal.com.

Cal.com processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is transferred to the United States. Cal.com relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers, or on an adequacy mechanism where one applies.

This data is processed to operate the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Netlify processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is transferred to the United States. That transfer is covered by Netlify's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914).

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No request is made to external font providers, and no data is transmitted to them.
